- Integration with dealership systems (CRM, scheduling, etc.);
- Campaign setup, testing, and optimization;
- Ongoing support and performance monitoring.
- You represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 18 years old;
- Are legally authorized to act on behalf of a business entity (if applicable);
- Will provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out forms or engaging with our Services.
When you submit a form on our website, you consent to:
- The collection, processing, and storage of your information for the purpose of contacting you about our Services;
- Receiving communications (emails, calls, messages) related to your inquiry.

Clients engaging MotorVox AI agree to:

- Fees for Services will be outlined in a separate written agreement or invoice.

- Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
MotorVox AI retains ownership of all proprietary tools, software, models, and methods used in delivering the Services.
Clients may receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables created under a specific project, as defined in the contract.
Clients shall not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Services without written permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of collaboration, unless required by law.
MotorVox AI may process personal data on behalf of Clients in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have lawful grounds to share customer data with MotorVox AI.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MotorVox AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion if you:
- Breach these Terms;
- Engage in unlawful or harmful activities using the Services;
- Fail to pay fees when due.
Clients may terminate engagement in accordance with the terms of their written agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
